I have done it on a machine with dual boot, WIN95+WINNT4 and it works fine.
1) I installed it from Win95 on a drive shared by both OS
2) I also installed it from Win NT4 at the SAME LOCATION.
The result is that both environment are properly set and it works.

I think that would be highly unlikely. Only one sure way to find out...try
it! But if it works, I'd be surprised...let me know what the results
