I pay some 0.0149€ a minute interne access. This includes a 64Kb ISDN Line (thats way I can do the on demand stuff, no endless modem handling), no extra line fee for internet access but 24€ basic price.

I don't reach flat rate price It's exorbitant - and most ISP's dropp it after a while.
