I had this very same problem a couple of weeks ago. In my case I finally figured out that the problem was with some breakpoints that I had set that used a _SCREEN.Forms expression. When I cleared the breakpoints through the menu, I got my debugger back.

Does anyone know where FoxPro saves breakpoint information?
