can someone explain this to me?

I develop in a Win XP Pro box with VFP 7.0 SP1, automating Word 2002. When I compile my app and go to my customer's site, with Win98 SE and Word 2000 installed, I star it normally, but at the execution of the line:

oWord = CREATEOBJECT( "Word.Application" )

this error comes out:

"OLE error code 0x8001010a: message filter indicated that the application is busy"

The same thing appears in another PC he owns with Word 97 installed. Word is working fine by itself in both PC.

What could be the reason?
