We are migrating to new servers. The previous and new servers are running Windows 2000 Advanced Server.

What is the easiest method to migrate local user profiles (Documents and Settings) and more imporantly the User's ODBC settings? We are not using romaing profiles. Each user's profiles are in the "C:\Documents and Settings\..." directory.

Also, where is the user's ODBC settings stored?

Everything is the same on the new servers. Same machine name, same IP addresses, etc. The only thing different is the SID.

When we login on any workstation to the new server, the user's local profile and all his settings are not recognized. Instead, a completely new default profile is created.
