It is ForeHelp which we are abandoning. They are out of bus. and will no longer be supported.

It would be pretty easy to check out ForeHelp. I liked ForeHelp because it was easy to switch a help project between WinHelp and HTML Help. That was important because I was planning to use it with Access 97 which didn't support HTML Help.
