For the last week, the same thing has been happening to me several times (it just happened now). The dashboard contents appear on my first refresh (3 minutes).

No big deal, but it did not do this before...

>Nothing was changed. The Dashboard refreshes at startup. If connection is an issue, it might take more time to refresh. It refreshes at the same time as the upper toolbar numbers.
