That counts! You will burn about 2 or 3 calories in that case. I suggest many trips to the cupboard and you may as well bring back a new box each time. After all you have to make exercise worth something! :)
Another exercise:
1. Extend the little finger until it is straight.
2. Curl the little finger towards the palm.
3. Do several reps.
Now don't you feel better after a good workout!
