What do you mean, "integrate ... to a single record". What is the end-effect you want to achieve?

For purposes of normalization, I would normally put each image / text file in a separate record. For instance, if you have a table PERSON, and want several pictures / descriptions for every person, create a separate table PICTURE, which would have several records for each person.

Also, don't put pictures into general fields. The general field takes up 20 times as much space as a JPG file. Just keep the JPG-file, and keep the filename in the table.
