Dragan,

>>>The best one I ever used was very simple - it was a rather flat piece of metal, with about five feet of wooden handle, and was also useful for moving amounts of soil from the foot level to the thigh level (into the cart). The cart was the other part of this program, and I've opted for the advanced and extended version (pushing uphill while loaded). The byproduct of few weeks of using this sort of threadmill was the 9x4x1.8 m basement we dug, plus great shape.

Well, surprisingly enough and all kidding aside I want to hold the handles and walk with my eyes closed. That way I will be able to really think like I want to and get some exercise but not worry about distractions. For me instead of being bored I think I'm going to enjoy this very much and that it will give me a chance to really concentrate.
Best,

DD
