I have a problem on importing a text file into an Access 97 database.

Start

When I'm importing the text file, the following message appear:
The Microsoft Jet Database engine cannot open the file 'Userid.txt'. It is
already opened exclusively by another user or you need permission to view
its data. Error number: 3051.

End

The file 'Userid.txt' contain field name in the first line and field
delimiter is ','. The message said that the file is exclusively opened but
its not true and the file is a text file and its is on my local machine and not
require permission setting.

You can easily get this message by using the VISDATA program ship with
Microsoft Visual Basic Version 5.0.

Can anyone help me on this problem?
