When my client replaced a bad network card AND a print driver that didn't match the printer, the Invalid Seek Offset messages disappeared. As with yours, they occurred in random places.

Interestingly, AFTER the computer with the bad network card had an ISO error, then other computers on the system would have them until the first computer was re-booted. The worker who noticed that the one computer always had the first error should get a bonus, since it linked the problems specifically to that computer's hardware.
