Thanks for the help. This code works well and does what it needs to do. The one problem still exists though, but it is a pretty minor detail.

The problem is that if you resize your form to a certain size and continue to hold your mouse button down at that certain size for 4-5 seconds and then let the mouse buttom up, at that same position, the code will run multiple times. The longer the mouse is held down in the same position before releasing it at that position the more times the code will run. I placed a messagebox in your code (in place of thisform.RepositionEverything()) and it makes it very easy to see how many times the code is actually executing.

This is an issue I don't NEED to solve, because it is fairly minor, but it would be nice, for my own sanity, to figure it out.
