Hmmmm. I guess all I can say is what Steve already said. Make sure that the WSDL has the right URL at the bottom. The WSDL points to an absolute path so if you move stuff around it won't be able to find the ASP. Then double check and make sure the ASP is using the right COM component.

The only other SWAG I can offer is to reinstall the SOAP Toolkit 2, possibly get the Service Pack for it.
