Hi. Our client got the following error when trying to save a record.

then she was kicked out.

They have had to pack/reindex daily or more since moving to Windows XP on P4's running RAMBUS memory. V6.0 Prior to this they had no problems. I am trying to figure out what is causing the corruptions but I can't find anything in Microsoft's knowledge base on this exemption code. Does anyone know about this or why index is getting corrupt.
