Last night I was able to get it working on my laptop. Now I have two seemingly identical setups, yet one will run web services and another won't. I tried reinstalling the SOAP toolkit as recommneded in the current issue of FPA, but it doesn't work. I may have no other choice but to reformat my hardrive.

I'll let the group know what I find.
