that is what a "good" sysop does. Rip disc drives out of computer, restrict email size to minimum, scan attachments. Do not allow indiviual modems (rip serial ports as well). Go further, what do user need internet and email, they should work - rip -. Ah, I forgot the keyboard ... <s>

Sure you don't have installed and enabled? You never know which page uses scripting. If you disable a lot of pages will cry for mommy.
