Hmmm...I'm not sure why you're getting this error. We made a change at one point where ErrorLog.dbf was "graduated" from a free table to a database table...is it a database table in this application, or is it listed as free table in your project?
You may also want to check out your MetaDBC.dbf table to make sure it's pointing to the new data location.
