Do you have the project manager open while you are trying to build the setup?No

Do you have Buffering turned on under Tools:Options:Data?Yes

I downloaded Visual Installer and the Windows Installer for 9x. Created a .msi file and that went ok. Installed on a test platform and other than some quirks I haven't yet worked out, the app runs fine.
