I think that the message isn't a problem, we've that message too and we're using Crystal without big problem, maybe the message of OLE error in the properties is displayed because ActiveX cannot give a value to that property before to print a report or initialize the object. I think you can forward without problems.

I can't say if Crystal is better than VFP Report Builder or than another report tools, but we're using Crystal to build our reports without problems, and with Crystal we can do some operation like export the report in Excel or Word format or send by email the report that with VFP's reports I don't know how to do.
