As Gregory pointed out, the DBC doesn't hold any information useful to recreating indexes for a table. You might want to save yourself a lot of time and grief by looking at Stonefield Database Toolkit (www.stonefield.com), which, among a lot of other things, has a method to recreate the indexes of a table from scratch.
