VFP itself would only take advantage if you run a multi-threaded DLL in a suitable environment. The operating system, however, can take advantage of a multi-CPU environment. If VFP requires a lot of CPU power in its main thread, it can still keep the system running on the other CPUs, including working for VFP by manging memory, file cache, etc. In other words, yes, VFP would probably gain from a multi-CPU environment.
