See Message #621131 -- this info is for basic functionality of a distributed VFP7 EXE. In fact, you can put these into the home folder of your distributed app, and then you don't even need to register them on the target system in order for the app to run. (Not terribly efficient, but for some users it's the only way to get software onto their machine because - in an office setting - they may not have the permissions necessary to actually install distributed VFP applications onto their own machine).
