My advise on the framework contained as a part of Visual FoxPro is to not use it. It is not a professional product and does not have the type of support a developer requires. Attempting to get it to do what you want will be next to impossible without a complete re-write.

CodeBook is the "grandfather" of all Visual FoxPro frameworks and is what is termed "container centric". Visual MaxFrame Professional is "form centric" and is a very different product.
