I have created an distrbution CD using Install shield ver 3.0.
I can install it Ok under Windows 2k Server, But when I try to install from
Windows 2k proferssional, I am getting the following message:

"The windows installer service cannot be accessed,This can occur if you running windows in safe Mode or, if windows installer is not correctly installed.
Contact your support personnel for assistance."


Please reply if you had seen this problem!
