Correct!
A listbox can have multiple columns and works great when the data is view one way only. It would depend greatly on the GUI functionality you want to implement. If you are trying to replicate the Explore style of directory/file information. Then the ListView OCX would be a better choice. However, If you just displaying a list of items then a listbox would be far less complicated to implement and distribute.
