>>Right at this moment, I would settle for a simple acknowledgement. Specifically, we have a speaker coming in the near future who will unquestionably draw a crowd much bigger than our present capacity. We would like to be able to use the local M$ facility for the eveneing as well as extend an invitation to the other user groups here in town.

If you don't have their number its (602) 280-8600. The Phoenix office web page is at http://www.microsoft.com/usa/offices/Phoenix.asp.

I'm not convinced simple persistence will do it. The last time I called, the response was "Fox what"? It wasn't all that long ago MSDN sent a survey to all the user group presidents asking what neede be done. Did you see it? I was quite surprised to see what MSDN thinks we are, or at least should be, getting for support on the local level. I guess what really annoys me is there is the SQL group, the Webmasters group, the professional developers group and the .Net group all do get local support. But "Fox what"? I guess we should be used to it by now ;-}
