I have a client who can only accept data in an Access table. I only use VFP. I need to be able to automate a VFP app to do the following:

1. Connect to an Access Table via a remote view
2. Delete all of the records in the Access table
3. Add new records to the empty access table from a FoxTable that is identical to the view.

I have staggered through building a form to do this and it is working poorly. Can anyone point me in a direction of a tutorial that will help me with this? I have checked older threads and knowledge base articles and have not found what I am looking for.
