Just did a quick little form with one text box. Put a "wait window 'TextBox Lost focus'" in the lostfocus event of the textbox and a "wait window 'Form lost focus'" in the lostfocus event of the form. Ran it, then clicked on the command window. I got one wait window that said "TextBox Lost focus" then got another one that said "Form lost focus". So, the answer is the current control loses focus then the form loses focus. However, the current control's lostfocus event does not fire twice.
