We have solved the problem! Jim Saunders at Microsoft helped me find the problem which was linked to my Instance handler. I had a form (MsgBoxEx) which was not properly getting placed on my Instance Handler, but did remove an instance when it was closed. Therefore the next screen which was closed also closed the main POS screen!
