>Why would you want to be removed? That's the worst thing you could do. SPAM rules 101 says never to answer/reply or ask to be removed from a SPAM list. Just create a filter rule and trash it. Answering only confirms to them that they have a valid/live address in the list they bought.
Doing it, lowers the amount of emails I receive. Despite the fact that in some cases, they do that, in most cases, it lowers it down.
Also, adding filter for those types of emails doesn't help as they keep changing servers.
