It's not clear where do you want this box to be printed.

However, I have a background box that I want to stay FIXED and not adjust as each child record prints. I have tried stretching the box from the group header to the group footer to no avail. No matter what I do, the box grows/shrinks with the group detail. While this is usually the behavior you might want, I need a fixed box size in the background. Any way to accomplish this?
