Well since a certain piece of software I installed yesterday requires IE4 I've upgraded to that. Now I have to size the browser window to about 1200 pixels wide, and the reply frame to a height of about 900 to see the whole reply text input area without scroll bars, I'd be much happier with it set to 20,80 instead of 40,131. I'm using a small fonts video driver and have IE4 set to the smallest font, I normally use Medium or Large font view in the browser.
