I have a base class that contains a hidden property that is referenced in the INIT event of the the class. I created a subclass that contains additional code that needs to be executed in the INIT method and included a DODEFAULT() in the INIT event of the subclass. When the DODEFAULT executes, I get an error message of "Variable Not Found".

If the subclass does not use additional code and the base code is executed without the DODEFAULT, the property is found.

The hidden property is found with the DODEFAULT call in 6.0.

This seems out of character as the DODEFAULT is what is needed to execute the base class code.
