One client just called saying they are getting "busy" error msgs whenever they try to "print" a word doc from my system.

I have figured it occurs after:
oAllWordObj = CREATEOBJECT("Word.Application")

He re-installed Word 2000, and he can open Word docs.
I do not know which Windows (98,ME,2000) he has.

I would appreciate any suggestions,
