(heh) I had to look at the Map to track this thread back...

If you've looked at my signature on my posts, you'll see that I'm no longer with AAII (though I still maintain their products). I'm independent now, and have been working with VFP, C#, VB, and Linux (mainly sysadmin stuff and Python). It's true that Microsoft has been treating VFP like their orphan child, which will eventually kill it. Then again, check this month's online issue of FoxTalk about integrating VFP with a back end of MySQL under Linux - I like that idea! But even if VFP is killed, I still have to give it credit for teaching me basic object-oriented design skills.
