My Answer:
Yes, actually I knew that DBF is more more better than MDB, but once again I do not want to pack deleted records..and also I am not sure that DBF can not be protected by password..

I have tried ASA for a few days, so far its make me sattisfied eventhough some SQL statements should be changed, by the way is it possible for me to hide the ASA icon on the system tray when the databases loaded? ..
