Yes... the same happens to me with C and Pascal. Mainly, I don't use it for serious development work, so I didn't practice enough to have a serious understanding of the language.
One company where I am giving courses - and might end up doing some additional consulting - uses Fortran quite a lot, so I may end up learning it a little... It seems they have some modern version, for Windows.
