I have done some testing.
In my application _screen is visible and SetForegroundwindow works fine.
When I set _screen invisble, SetForegroundWindows sometimes does only that (places the window on top).
SetActiveWindow works better, the windows is always activated when I want to.
Now I have changed to SetActiveWindow in my framework.
