Guys,

I have a small opportunity coming my way that is, basically, a one-on-one three to 5 day 'Introduction to Database Management.' An old client of mine, feeling comfortable with me, has requested his client use me to do this training. I can put together a syllabus, etc... but what I don't have the foggiest idea about is my charge. The prospective client is using a government subsidizing program that helps companies pay for IT training.
What would you charge? Would you charge more than your normal hourly rate (writing up the syllabus, making the daily training plans, doing research to make sure that the offering is normal, etc... requires extra time, blah, blah, blah ) Or would you charge less considering this is the first time doing training?

I guess what I'm looking for is some idea of fairness.
