I can't find the starting point of this thread, but I wanted to comment on Web Connection which I use for my Web Applications. Its developed by Rick Strahl who I think lives out of an airplane as he spreads the word.

I found the learning curve a little steep but they have an excellent forum group and it can certainly do all the things mentioned about Foxweb.
