John;

I tried to rationalize that to limit yourself to having chocolate less than ten times a week was strictly for the purpose of the calculation of “cool chocolate math”. However I was unable to carry out the required operation due to withdrawal symptoms. Normally, I think about chocolate 6 times a day. That is three main meals and three snacks. In my case I think of chocolate 42 times a week!

I may never recover from this horrid experience so I am off to have a nice Light Chocolate Truffle from Mary See’s! That may enable me to return to reality and prevent any further cruelty from self-imposed limitations upon one of life’s necessary ingredients.

Last night my wife bought me a two-pound bar of milk chocolate from France. It was just before dinner so I told her to simply place mashed potatoes and gravy on top of the bar and that would be my meal.

My addiction to chocolate is entirely due to my mother. I hope I am back to "normal" soon. Watch out Cookie Monster! :)
