Are both machines using the exact same print driver for the local printer?

Also, you might try to remove printer specific information from the report.
use myreport.frx  && open the .frx as table
replace tag with ''
replace tag2 with ''
browse && and change the EXPR field as follows (on the first record):
  DRIVER=
  DEVICE=
  OUTPUT=
use  && close the .frx file
