I took a look at the report. You have multiple objects in Title, Page Footer, etc. I spent lots of time on the similar report, playing with _asciirow and _asciicols settings, but was unable to make it look right and finally wrote it as a program. It would not be hard to convert your report into program and I don't think, it would be too complicated to maintain. I understand your frustration, but I'm afraid, you would just loose time, if you would try to make it work correctly using ASCII clause of report. You may want to send it as a bug report to MS, but it would not help you now.

Did you try alternative solutions, like Hilmar class from Download section? I haven't tested it myself...
