I am having trouble creating an out-of-process COM server (compiled with Visual FoxPro 6) from a service running on Windows NT 4.0 SP 6a, when I try to start the service as any user other than the system administrator.

I have figured out that if I compile the COM object as a single threaded in-process server I can create it from the service regardless of which user I start the service as.

Does anyone have any Ideas why I would be having troble creating an out-of-process server from a service?
