The easy part is that I am having no trouble lining up folks who worked with this guy to testify that he never did any programming or development and he didn't have access to my source code when they were there. I am just disappointed that there were a couple of progammers who most likely helped him with the decompilation and slight modifications -- some people will do anything for money!
