Even when it is fairly easy to prove your case (as I believe it is in my case) you are still talking about a $25K-30K adventure plus the unknowns of a trial. I have decided that I have no choice to press on -- I just can't let this bastard steal my stuff. The easy part is that I am having no trouble lining up folks who worked with this guy to testify that he never did any programming or development and he didn't have access to my source code when they were there. I am just disappointed that there were a couple of progammers who most likely helped him with the decompilation and slight modifications -- some people will do anything for money!
