The methods available for a Project.File object, related to VSS (or other source-control software), seem to be:

.AddToSCC()
.CheckOut()
.RemoveFromSCC()
.UndoCheckOut()
.CheckIn()

Also, you have the property .SCCStatus.

The Visual FoxPro help, in this case, might be more important than the VSS help. All of the above are from the VFP help.
