At the moment I have a client network with 20 users + 2 external users. The external users connect via pcAnywhere and run the main applications on the client network printing to their local printers.

The client network is on ADSL and very shortly so will the external users. I know how to set up the VPN but what I don't know is how fast is it likely to be.
ADSL speeds in the UK are rated at 512Kbps

Bearing in mind the routing of the traffic across the Internet does anyone have any EXPERIENCE which would help me to gauge the potential benefit in speed over pcAnywhere.
