We are on W2K, and that is what happens: you type in 'abc', and then in the next dialog that prompts you for a password, you can change the user name from 'abc' to 'xyz'. Don't ask why would you do that - it is not my computer, I guess user 'abc' has a standalone profile, while 'xyz' a loged in profile...
