I am not using the delete ERASE command. However, it looks to be as if the whole application isn't getting cleared out memory somewhere on the system or something from all the steps that I traced.

This is a large application 5+MB. I always get an error during the BUILD that then leads to the problem. Also the project PJX file is on the disk until I close the project or after doing a BUILD EXE from the command line.
